Service Description
murmr provides a text-to-speech API that converts text into natural-sounding speech using AI voice synthesis. The service includes VoiceDesign technology to create custom voices from natural language descriptions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use murmr to: generate content that impersonates real people without consent, create misleading deepfakes, produce illegal or harmful content, violate intellectual property rights, or overwhelm our systems with abusive requests.
API Usage & Limits
Free tier includes 50,000 characters/month. Paid plans have higher limits as described in pricing. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed limits or violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your input text. Generated audio is licensed to you for use according to your plan (personal or commercial). murmr retains rights to the underlying models and technology.
Limitation of Liability
murmr is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes & Termination
We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Germany.
